Sindh Human Capital Investment (SHCI) Health Department
The Health Department, Government of Sindh, is inviting
applications from qualified candidates holding domicile of Sindh Province for
various contract positions/by transfer in the Program Management Unit of Sindh
Human Capital Investment: 1000 Days Integrated Health & Population Program.

Program Director (PD) (BPS-11)
No. of Vacancies: 01
Upper Age Limit: 60 Years
Qualifications:
Postgraduate Degree in Public Health, Health Policy &
Management, or equivalent from an HEC-recognized institution.
By transfer from among cadre officers of PAS and EX-PCS (BS-19/20)
with relevant public sector project experience.
Experience:
Minimum 12 years in public health and management.
Competence in health sector project management is desirable.
Technically sound in public health including MNCH, nutrition, family
planning, and reproductive health.
Knowledge of public sector rules and regulations.
Experience with National and International Donor Funded
Projects.
Deputy Program Director (BPS-09)
No. of Vacancies: 01
Upper Age Limit: 45 Years
Qualifications:
Postgraduate Degree in Management/Public Administration from an
HEC-recognized institution.
By transfer from among cadre officers of PAS, Ex PCS, and PSS
with a postgraduate degree in Management/Public Administration.
Experience:
Minimum 08 years of working experience.
Experience and competence in the health sector are mandatory.
Procurement Specialist (BPS-09)
No. of Vacancies: 01
Upper Age Limit: 50 Years
Qualifications:
Postgraduate degree from an HEC-recognized university in
Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, or Commerce.
Experience:
Minimum 05 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in
Health Sector.
Specific exposure to procurement of Goods, IT, and Consultant
Services is an added advantage.
Financial Management Specialist (BPS-9)
No. of Vacancies: 01
Upper Age Limit: 50 Years
Qualifications:
Postgraduate degree in Commerce or Finance, MBA (Finance), or
CA/ACCA.
By transfer from officers of Federal/Provincial Government with
minimum 07 years of experience in Financial Management, Audit, and Accounts.
Experience:
Minimum 05 years of post-qualification experience in the
financial sector.
Familiarity with international financial reporting standards
(Cash Basis IPSAS) is advantageous.
Micro financing / Livelihood Specialist (BPS-9)
No. of Vacancies: 01
Upper Age Limit: 50 Years
Qualifications:
Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, International
Development, Sustainable Livelihoods, Public Policy, Financial Management, or
other relevant social sciences.
Experience:
Minimum 05 years of experience in Micro financing/Rural
development, policy analysis, and project management.
International experience will be highly preferred.
Civil Engineer (BPS-9) apply

Upper Age Limit: 50 Years
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an HEC-recognized
institution.
Experience:
Minimum 03 years of post-qualification experience in Civil
Engineering in a public or reputable private organization.
Registered with Pakistan Engineering Council.
Financial Management Officer (BPS-08)

Qualifications:
Postgraduate degree in Commerce or Finance, MBA (Finance), or
CA/ACCA.
Experience:
Minimum 03 years of post-qualification experience in the
financial sector.
Familiarity with international financial reporting standards is
advantageous.
Accounts Officer (BPS-07) apply

Qualifications:
ACMA/ACCA qualified/partially qualified with a degree in
accounting or finance.
Experience:
Minimum 03 years of relevant experience in public/private financial
sector.
Data Processing Assistant (BPS-06)
No. of Vacancies: 01
Qualifications:
14 years of education in a relevant field
(Statistics/Commerce/Audit and Accounts) from an HEC-recognized institution.
Experience:
Minimum 01 year of experience in the relevant field.
Proficiency in MS Office.
